[The Meaning of What episode 1: Demons, Rootbeer, Boomers]

The animation is decent and the voice acting is quite alright so this video keep me very well entertained however I do not appreciate that our heroes did not get that ice cream that was offered to them. I do love the part with the poor skeleton though I simply didn't see that coming!

I was expecting this to be a poorly animated story about some guy who accidentally turned into a magic girl but I guess this is fine as well

lol the backgrounds were slapped together using a combination of photoshopping, mixing images, and me drawing over them so that the original images aren't prominent. I actually originally made and planned this with no background, but it looked like shit so I quickly slapped some together.

[Taking Fright: 2019 Thesis Film]

This is some high quality animation in my opinion! It looked really neat and smooth for most of the video. The only time that it seemed a little off to me was when the bird run away from the mysterious creature, the shadow of it simply didn't feel like it fit there correctly. But I got to say, that mail bird was so adorable!

I think that so far it seems to rely too much on dialogue and it makes it quite boring. For example when one of the characters was talking about that bakery an shot of how the bakery looked and the things that were within it would have been nice or even showing other failing bakeries would have been good just to show how severe the monopoly was. But for a very simple modification I would suggest the mouths moving or even having a more extensive facial expressions.

I am pretty impressed with this animation! But then again I don't usually get to see animations made with paper and pencil. I believe that the way you use smudges really help the creepiness pop out! Plus the music was great at making me feel a little uneasy.
